- Drill the Ground Dog™ screw in tent peg into the ground using a 19mm socket, and a left thread setting
- Keep the Ground Dog™ screw in peg verical
- If the ground is hard, you can pre-drill a hole in the ground with a drill bit if preferred

- Wind the wing collar onto the Ground Dog™ screw in peg
- Screw the Ground Dog™ screw in peg through the hole of the anchor plate, using a 19mm socket and a left thread setting. Screw the peg in vertically
- If the ground is hard, drill the Ground Dog™ screw in peg as far as possible, and then wind the wing collar down to the ground level to hold the peg securely
- You can predrill a hole in the ground with a drill bit if preferred

- Drill the Ground Dog™ screw in peg into the ground using a 19mm socket, and a left thread setting. Screw the peg in vertically
- Attach the safety spring onto the hook collar
- Hook Collar can be rotated freely to position required
- If the ground is hard, drill the Ground Dog™ screw in peg as far as possible, and then wind the Hook Collar down to the ground level to hold the peg securely
- You can predrill a hole in the ground with a drill bit if preferred

- Does not come with a cap for protection
Ground Dog™ screw in pegs -vs- Tent Pegs
The traditional hammer-in tent pegs have been around forever and will work in quite a lot of cases, but let’s face it, it can be hard work to hammer them in, and in some cases even harder to get them back out. You also need a different size peg for different applications, meaning you need to carry around a whole lot more pegs. Many of us end up with a collection of bent pieces of steel.
